Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups garlic cloves, whole
- 1 cup oil
Directions
- Add the garlic and oil to a pot.
- Cook over low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Separate the oil and garlic into two different containers.
- Mash the garlic until it is uniform and spreadable
